Today I made my bed for the first time ever...WHOA Jaz its about time! When I woke up and made my bed I then knew today was going to be a interesting day for me. I turned on the TV and I started watching the Centric channel...you know, the Afro-centric channel that focus on the African American community which also comes along with music, art, events etc. Well, today the "Centric feature" was about teenagers that express themselves through making underground artwork. When they say "underground artwork" they mean artwork that has never been viewed by anyone else but themselves. After the program, I started to think about myself & how I express myself through art which NO ONE knows about..other than my mother. My mother supports me and tells me that I am only allowed to decorate my room with my artwork that I create. When I'm not writing in my journal I'm painting, or drawing up my next creation. Now, since today has been an interesting day already, I've decided to ONLY show my entrance way to my room which is my door..that shows ONLY a little bit of what I have to offer as far as Jazmen's Art work. I refuse to show anymore of my artwork to anyone, that's what I call a real artist.
